What do you do when you have too many bananas? You make banana bread of course!
This banana bread recipe is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and absolutely delicious!
What you’ll need
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 ½ cups almond meal
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
How to make!
- Preheat oven to 180’c and line a loaf tin with non-stick baking paper.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Once dry ingredients have been thoroughly blended, add wet ingredients and stir to combine well. Spoon the mixture into the loaf tin.
- . Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bread bounces back nicely upon touch.
- Remove from oven and set aside for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
