The Cass Smoothie

My go-to breakfast every day! With the taste of a pina colada, this smoothie is the perfect combo of good carbs, protein and healthy fats.

What you’ll need

Base:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 serve vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 – 1/2 avocado

How to make!

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve.
